Pluris Energy Group Inc. (NASD - OTCBB: PEYG) is an international energy company engaged in the acquisition and development of producing oil and gas interests and new alternative energy opportunities aimed to diversify the worldwide energy grid.

Pluris Energy's mandate to build a diversified energy enterprise is currently focused on aggressively positioning in South America and Argentina specifically, where traditional fossil fuel business ventures and new bio-energy business ventures alike are being sought and developed by our management team to complement Pluris Energy's growth objectives as a diversified energy producer.

As a first step towards fulfilling our corporate mandate, we have already achieved our initial entry into the Argentine energy sector through securing the rights to purchase 100% of the shares of San Enrique Petrolera, SA, a Buenos Aires based E&P company. Additionally, we are currently evaluating various Argentine based oil and gas and bio-energy opportunities for the purpose of acquisition, which are planned to expand upon our mandate and uniquely position Pluris Energy to generate substantial increases in shareholder value in the near to medium term.

In furthering our mandate and positioning, and to assure strong valuations and shareholder liquidity, Pluris Energy has planned for an IPO on a senior international stock exchange to compliment our existing public listing in the US.
